We have all been shocked by the intense impact of the explosion in Beirut  The images coming forward are startling. Not only are people dead, many injured but also without homes to go back to. Food is running out and in the midst of a pandemic it just feels like 2020 is a never ending disaster. I would like to help in some way.

I will be streaming a live yoga flow (not a class), taking suggestions of poses to include from those of you who want to suggest any. I invite you all to watch (and probably see me face plant the floor at some point) or even join along! A huge chemical explosion has ripped through the heart of Beirut, causing devastation around it. So far, over 100 people have been killed with more than 2,700 injured. Figures are likely to rise as the night goes on. Buildings have been destroyed and hospitals are overwhelmed by the number of casualties.
