This year I am running 3 x 10k runs for a wonderful charity called Once Upon A Smile, they support  families who have suffered a loss of a parent or child from a long term illness.  

My journey starts on the 20th May where I will complete my first 10K run in Manchester, then on the 3rd of June in Hull. Finally on the 8th of July (just 4 days before my 40th birthday!!) I will complete my 3rd 10k run in the city I was born Leeds!
