We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

As many of you will know, my very lovely brother, Ed, committed suicide in 2007 leaving a huge hole in the lives of everyone who knew him.

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men aged between 20 and 49 in the UK.  Latest figures show that 77% of all UK suicides are male.

I'm running in memory of Ed and also to raise awareness of a fantastic charity that works to provide men the support that they might need when they are in crisis.

CALM, the campaign against living miserably, offers men support and information when they're down or in crisis at www.thecalmzone.net.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
