Here's the chance for a huge laugh. Come along to Portishead Marina 9.30 am on Saturday 18th September to watch Fiona and I being thrown into the water and rescued (or not) by a Newfoundland dog. 

It's a side of me you don't get to see every day: full make-up, no heels and covered in gunge! 

There is a cafe close by which does breakfasts and hot cups of tea and coffee. It would be great to make this a social event for SSL so bring the children along. 

All proceeds raised will go to the MS Therapy Centre in Nailsea which is a great cause.
