Fathers Day Walk - Funds donated in the name of John McCourt
Although my Dad didnt go into an hospice, we couldnt have managed without the help of hospice nurses at this time last year. They helped us through a really difficult time both by helping with care and support for the family.
Recently a friend of mine lost her Grandma, Anne Dewing, and to show her appreciation for the care they offered at St Gemma's, she decided to arrange a sponsored walk from town to St Gemma's on Fathers day.
As it is on Fathers day, Caitlin and I are doing Emma's walk in memory of Anne but we are hoping to raise money and make the donation in my Dad's name.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for your support for this cause.
