I'm taking part in the Great Birmingham run, not only for a personal challenge as I have done the Great run previously and want to tacle it again and SMASH my personal time but also and more importantly I wanted to do something to support the Acorns WALSALL hospice which is a fantastic LOCAL charity that really needs our support!!!

Any donations will help this charity, so if you can spare a couple of quid that would be great!!!  Even £2 is enough to help make a difference.

This really is a mental and physical challenge for me as my head will be telling me to stop and take a little walk the whole way round but I will be doing my very best to not give in and keep moving the whole 13 miles.
