We assist Limbless Veterans to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Story
On May 16th, 'Always With A Smile' will be at the Nuclear Rush Stampede Obstacle Course Race in Kelvedon Hatch, Essex, in order to raise money for Blesma -
a national charity that directly supports all of our Service men and
women who have lost limbs and the use of limbs or the loss of eyesight
in the honourable service of our country.
On
the day, a 'Blesma Wave' of 300 runners will be taking the Nuclear Rush
course at 12:30pm, upon which they will have to tackle over 50 man-made
and natural obstacles over 6km.
In
conjunction with both Nuclear Races and Blesma, 'Always With A Smile'
is recruiting a group of young ladies to run in the 'Blesma Wave' as
part of a 'Mud Is My Make Up' Challenge. Leading the ladies will be Obstacle Course Race (OCR) athlete, 'Smiler' and author of the Mud Is My Make Up BlogFrancesca Chiorando Meredith.
