I am proud to announce that myself and my colleagues are celebrating British Heart Foundations 60th Birthday this year by aiming to raise as much money as possible between now and December to help BHF beat heartbreak forever.

They do amazing work, funding research into heart, circulatory diseases, stroke and vascular dementia, also looking at risk factors including diabetes.

Unfortunately around 7.4 million people are living with heart and circulatory diseases in the UK - that’s more than double the number living with cancer and dementia combined. And sadly one person every three minutes in the UK die of these diseases - That’s 163,000 Mums, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Friends, Colleagues every year.

We want to help beat this and will be holding lots of fun activities to raise awareness and funds for this top charity. We would be truly grateful for your support
