Last year I joined an amazing group of people inspired by a woman called Reg, who seems to devout her life for this cause. Last year I ran five miles of the route with my friend Rachel. This year we are running 13.1 of the 16 mile route. 

I particularly want to raise money for this charity as one of my colleagues Steve Dutton, has Bowel Cancer. I'l be thinking of him and his sweet smile, as I tick the miles off. Please help me raise lots of money to assist Bowel Cancer UK to continue their good work in campaigning, research and support for those with this disease.
