After many years of thinking about running a marathon I've decided to take the plunge and use the fact it's my 50th birthday this year to go for it! I'm busy training and have a place to run in the London marathon with Capital FM and will be raising money for Help A London Child - a fantastic charity that works with vulnerable and disadvantaged kids across London. It would be great if you could sponsor me to give me that added incentive to keep going on the run and to help the kids of London
