We are so grateful for any donations for Stroke Association as we have first hand experience of the valuable work they do. In Novemeber 2017 my Dad Stuart had a stroke and has recently come home after four months in hospital. We are very thankful to have him home but life continues to be challenging and we are very much adjusting to the new 'normal.' 

Anyone who knows me or who has seen me try to run at Kangeiko in Cleethorpes will know I'm not a natural runner (I will leave that to Mark and Ruth!) However I wanted to set myself a challenge to complete this 5k event for Stroke Association. For more information about their work please visit www.stroke.org.uk
