Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Last year I challenged myself to run a marathon during January 2022 to raise money for Prostrate cancer. I managed it and ran 42 miles during Jan. I was blown away by what I achieved and all your support!  I didn’t manage to have another month like it in 2022, and I struggled to get above 4 runs a month (12 miles).with this in mind I am going to try and do this again in Jan 2023! 

Cedar House Support Group is a small charity in Surrey providing support to mothers and their families suffering from post natal depression. The support groups run online (teams) and also face to face in Guildford and Balham. The groups provide an opportunity to share and gather support from others and the trained counsellors who run the sessions. This charity needs vital funds to continue its work in the community and increase awareness.
