On Sunday, me and my furry friend will be taking part in Headway Essex's 13th Annual Dogathon around Highwoods Country Park in Colchester. The route will be approximateky 3 miles long and we would very much appreciate it if you could donate a few pennies to this worthy cause.

Headway Essex is a local charity that supports those living with brain injury and traumas as well as their familes and carers. They do a fantastic job in Colchester and are always striving to raise more funds and awareness, so please show your support for everyone that is taking part on sunday.

Even if you can only spare a small amount then we are extremely grateful, but dont forget to tick the giftaid box too.
