I am doing my own fundraising for Refuge, the UK's largest charity supporting women and children escaping domestic abuse. 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and 5 women a week lose their lives. On any given day, Refuge support over 7,000 women and children to rebuild their lives.
