Mae Heledd yn cynnal tawelwch noddedig 24 awr, gan ddechrau ar 5yh 16 Tachwedd. Bydd Gwyn yn chwarae pel-droed di-stop gyda'i Dad prynhawn Dydd Sadwrn 19ain. 

Heledd is conducting a 24 hour sponsored silence, which started at 5pm on Thursday November 17. Gwyn will be doing a non-stop kick-about with his Dad on the afternoon of Saturday 19th.
