Fundraising for Children in Distress
Story
๐บ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ Rowing for Ukraine. ๐บ๐ฆ ๐บ๐ฆ
On Saturday 12th March, 4 of our ladies will attempt to row for 24 hours to raise funds for Ukraine.
Our aim is to establish 2 new World Records for a small team in our age category:
1. Longest Continued Row
2. Fastest 24 hour row on a single machine ๐ฃ
Start time 10:00am ๐ on 12/03/2022 @Fishguard Bay Yacht Club.

In partnership with other charities, Children In Distress plan to travel to the Romanian border city of Isaccea. (Tulcea County) near Odessa, one the of the main cities the Russian army is advancing toward. Once in Tulcea, we plan to ship supplies across the border into Ukraine, distribute supplies for those at the border, and transport refugees to Bucharest where shelters have been and are being constructed.
