Mi fydda i, Rhidian a chriw o bobl yn rhedeg Hanner Marathon Caerdydd wythnos i Ddydd Sul nesaf er côf am berson arbennig, ein seren disglair ni - Anti Tres. Y gobaith fydd i gwblhau’r marathon wrth wenu, cloncan a hefyd i godi arian at elusen pwysig iawn - Bowel Cancer UK 🤍

Along with a few friends, Rhidian and I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon a week next Sunday in memory of a very special person and our shinning star - Anti Tres. We hope to complete the marathon by smiling and talking our way around, as well as raising money for a special charity - Bowel Cancer UK 🤍
