My 2019 New Years resolution was to embrace life to the full and to push myself further outside my comfort zone. When I became a NICU Support Trustee in January, they asked if I would like to take part in a 200 mile Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge from Liverpool to Bridlington in 3 days, so guess what, I jumped at the chance. With only a couple of trips out on my bike and less than a month to the start everything has now become real. My goal with NICU Support is to use this fundraising to improve and expand the service we provide to the Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
