Hegarty's The Big Push

Fundraising for Irish Cancer Society
€778
raised of €1,000 target
The Big Push, 2 June 2022
Communities coming together to celebrate cancer survivors, remember those we've lost and fight back by raising awareness about the free services provided by the Irish Cancer Society.

Story

Team Hegartys Ford took part in the recent Relay For Life Donegal and our main fundraiser is The Big Push happening on Thursday 2nd June. Support us here raising much needed funds for The Irish Cancer Society but also if you are free come and join us on the day.

The plan is to leave Bridgend roundabout at 12 noon and push the car to the Clanree roundabout in Letterkenny, breaking the route in to 5 stages of 5kms each with teams of 4 pushing in each stage, with a person steering and security vehicle making lots of noise. The stages are Bridgend to Callaghan Tyres to Kernans in Newtown to Colm Dillons, to Manor Roundabout to the final destination Dry Arch/Clanree roundabout.

Can you guess how long it will take us? There is a prize for the most accurate guess.
