Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page that we have set up for this Charity ride.

As a team we are cycling from Heaton (Newcastle) to Sandford (South of Bristol) which is +300 miles. This will be a challenge on our bodies and mind, but we are focused as a team. This Charity is close to our hearts and some of us are Mental First Aiders and know the good this Charity do for this country. Some this small gesture by us as a team we help provide much needed funds to ensure they keep supporting those in need.
