Myself and 5 of my East End Girls are doing the 20 Mile Pink Ribbon Walk at Petworth House on June 27th to raise money for Breast Cancer Care. Sadly all of us have had close friends or family who have been directly affected by Breast Cancer.

This walking group was born out of the Aviva 60 k walk in 2006 and we have walked at least once a month since then. We are aware that regular exercise is a positive step in preventing this disease as is lowering stress levels and walking is a great stress reliever.
