Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, I am taking part in the Hydro Active Women's Challenge on Sunday 16th of September, for St Christopher's Hospice in memory of my mum, Valerie.
St Christopher's Offered a lot of help and support to my family whilst mum was still with us, and I would like your help in raising money, so that they are able to continue helping other families who should be unfortunate enough to find themselves in the same situation.
