Story
Well we did it and we're chuffed to bits! It really was one of the best experiences ever! We ran the whole distance without a stop in 2 hours 25 minutes - much better than I ever imagined! Thank you so much everyone for your kindness and support!

Thanks for taking the time to see what I'm up to!
Ten years ago, on a bad day, I was struggling to walk along the street without someone to hold on to. Now I can't believe I'm well enough to be training to do the Great North Run. I am so blessed to have recovered from M.E. and very excited to be having a go at doing this to raise money for Action for M.E, a charity you might not have heard of but who do fantastic work. You can read more about them if you click on the link.
So many men, women and even children are affected by this illness, it can affect anyone. Action for M.E. gives sufferers hope that life might be normal again one day through their campaigning for better research to find a cure/treatment and acts as a great support network. Please join me in supporting them in making a difference.
Thank you!
P.S. Let's hope I can make it to the end in one piece! If you've ever seen the episode of 'Friends' where Phoebe is running and Rachel is too embarrassed to run with her... I am Phoebe! But I'm loving it! :-)
