I have heard and read many life experiences of those persons affected by terminal illness and learnt of the amazing support given by the Marie Curie nurses supporting not only the patient but their families at the most difficult of times.

The nursing service provided by Marie Curie is voluntary and there is no cost to the patient.  They work night and day in people's homes across the UK providing hands on care.  Every day matters to those living with terminal illness and the service offered my Marie Curie is only possible thanks to the amazing support they receive from the public. 

The Rockies Trek will be a personal challenge for me and I feel proud to be involved in such an amazing fundraising experience making a difference to those affected by life limiting illness.
