With one Marathon under my belt in 2019, I figured training would be a breeze this time round.. ha, I was wrong! :) 

However, the decision as to which Charity to support was an easy one.

Earlier this year my mother had to attend The Christie for treatment which necessitated in her having two skin grafts on her face. The high quality care and treatment she received throughout was absolutely fantastic and she was given the very best support.  The Christie continue to monitor her, and thankfully she is now doing well.

There are many other mothers and family members undergoing treatment at the Christie and I know they will receive the individual loving care afforded to my own mum.

I am delighted to be running on behalf of The Christie and would be so grateful for any donations towards this amazing charity.
