A good friend of mine lost his battle with cancer last year and tomorrow (15/07/12) is his birthday. He was a great guy and would move mountains to help people. My doing this walk tomorrow is kind of a tribute to his memory (I'll be having a whiskey after to make sure he knows it's for him).

 

I also have 2 relatives dealing with various forms of the disease and the more money raised the better chance we have of finding a cure and kicking this thing in the ass!
