I’ve agreed to take part in the Strictly Best Foot Forward competition for Bury Hospice.😱
An addiction to Strictly Come Dancing combined with my personal experience of breast cancer last year made the Best Foot Forward event a challenge I couldn’t resist.
The Hospice does a fantastic job supporting patients and their families during very difficult times. None of us can anticipate when we might need such support.
So for my birthday this year I’m asking for donations to Bury Hospice rather than cards and presents. Every little bit will help and hopefully spur me on to,“Keep Dancing!”💃💃💃
Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the charity.
It costs £2.9 million pounds to run Bury Hospice, and as a charity we have to raise over £2.3 million through community support. Every donation makes a difference.£10 - COULD PAY FOR A PATIENTS EVENING MEAL£25 - COULD PAY FOR AN BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SESSION£50 - COULD PAY FOR A HOME VISIT BY OUR COMMUNITY OUTREACH TEAM£75 - COULD PAY FOR A NURSE FOR HALF A DAY£150 - COULD PAY FOR A NURSE FOR A DAY£450 - COULD PAY FOR A BED FOR A DAY
