As we find ourselves on the other side of 2020 we have set up this online exercise event to boost and motivate you all for the new year. This is also an exciting opportunity to try your hand at something new.
The event will run on the 20th January from 7pm - 9pm. Class timetable as follows:
7 – 7.30pm: Dance with Farrah’s Dance Workout
7.30 – 8pm: Karate with VMA Bristol
8 – 8.30pm: Yoga with EveJuniper Yoga
8.30 – 9pm: Meditation with Positively Mindful
Cost: £5 per person (or £2 for Changes Bristol members) through Just Giving – all proceeds directly fund our support services
You will not need any equipment but recommend taking part on a soft flooring or using an exercise / yoga mat
All proceeds made will support people in mental health distress
