HDI Global's TRI 4 SAM

TRI 4 SAM · 4 April 2022
Sam Perkins was diagnosed with MND at the age of just 37. Sam and his wife Emma established the charity Stand Against MND in 2019, with the aim of funding MND research and supporting patients and their families in need of palliative care.
Sam was a keen triathlete before his diagnosis, which has inspired HDI to put together a Triathlon themed fitness challenge for April: TRI 4 SAM!
Complete the three stages of a Sprint triathlon: Swim 750 meters, Cycle 20 kilometres and Run 5 kilometres
