Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

The Healthcare Team at CFC will be hosting a cupcake competition to raise money for dementia suffers. Living with dementia at any time brings everyday challenges for the person and those around them, let alone adding in the difficultly of the coronavirus pandemic.

And...the best part is we can all do it from home!
