Airbase Challenge 2022 - 121 Mile Helicopter Challenge · 1 April 2022

Story

I am aiming to walk 121 miles this month which is a huge challenge for me (and 90 miles more than I usually walk in a month!) Once I’ve got match fit doing this challenge I hope to climb Mount Snowdon. Assuming that goes to plan (I don’t do hills!) I would like to take on the Lake District 10 Peaks. An epic challenge for me as a neither walk nor do hills - did I mention that already? 12 months ago I slipped two discs in my spine and was averaging 700 steps a day so reaching any or all of these goes would be a massive achievement for me and MAAC. If you’ve read this much then thank you, and if you would like to donate then thank you thank you thank you x
