Story
At the end of 2021, we decided to set ourselves a family challenge to climb Snowdon - all 1,085m! Son (A) aged 8 has decided that he would like to raise money for the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust because he is concerned about species going extinct.
In training, we have climbed Roseberry Topping (320m) in May, and then Pen-y-ghent (694m) in June.
We will attempt to summit Snowdon some time in the second week of July, the exact date is weather-dependent. It will be the longest walk, and the highest climb, that A has ever done. A big challenge, for sure, but he is determined.
Please consider supporting him by donating to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust!
