Hi friends,

after being plagued with injury, I discovered some corrective new trotting shoes and am now back enjoying my gentle jogs along the beach....

the other plague took the person I loved most in life when I was only 13, since then it has continued it's destruction of many of my closest friends families....

too many to name, some of which are going through the pain now as I embark on this event..all of whom have a place in my heart..

help me, to help heart, to beat this...xoxo
