Great south run 2012 completed in 1 hour 43 minutes. Probably the best I've ever run. Amazing atmosphere. Hideous mile 8 though. Thanks for all your support. Here's to the next........

For those that know me, you will know that I am usually found on stage, dancing, singing, and all things musical.... never run a step in my life.

Lots of life changes this year for me, though, nothing as life changing as those that suffer blood cancers. 

Can happen to any of us, any age, any time.

I'll keep you amused with my stories on the blog.  The glamour of blisters, and black nails.  Beautiful!!
