I am running the Great South Run in October in memory of two wonderful family friends who we lost far too early in their lives to this awful disease.

Geraldine and Malcolm were supported by the local Macmillan team and the Norfolk Tapping house hospice. I want to raise money in their memory to support these two fantastic charities.
