For those who know me, you will know I use to like running alot! Now after many years with my feet up I have decided to take on a serious challenge to test myself once again! 

I will be taking part in the Llangollen 50k (31mile) ultra in June 2022. This will be no easy feat, and will be a massive challenge not only physically but mentally. The route is very hilly and on trails most of the way so it will not be fun! With a 10 hour cut of window I will need to get a serious truffle shuffle on. 

All money raised will be donated to St Michael's hospice in Hereford. This is a charity close to the heart and family for all the support and incredible work they do for those in palliative care, and nearing the end. 

Any small donation you can spare will be worth it, whether £1 pound or £5, it will mean the world.
