I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Prostate
Cancer UK with 7 work colleagues from PHS Group. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. Help me raise awareness of this cancer and ensure you encourage your loved ones, friends or colleagues to get themselves tested today,  you never know it could save their life. 
Many men have no symptoms at all and it is quick and easy to get yourself tested, so do it today.
