Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is one of the UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases, affecting over 9,000 people in the UK.Each week, five babies are born with Cystic Fibrosis.Each week, two young lives are lost to Cystic Fibrosis. Only half of those living with Cystic Fibrosis are likely to live past their late 30s.

Unfortunately, as most of you already know, my little sister elle is a sufferer of CF. This July me, Daniel Morris, Scott Ward, Chris Luke and Gav Jones are going to do a 10k run in manchester in order to raise as much money as possible for this charity.

There is no cure for cystic fibrosis and treatments are expensive so please show your support and help make a difference.
