Half of all lifetime mental health cases begin by the age of 14 and three quarters by the age of 24. This age group has also been found to have the highest levels of optimism for their future highlighting how important it is that young people with mental health problems are given the right help at the right time! However with 34 out of 51 local authorities in England having their CAMHS budget slashed since 2010 anything that I can raise for a charity dedicated to young people with mental health problems must help a little!
