Last year both Simon and myself sadly lost our grandads within 2 months of each other. Both grandad Bungi and Granf Eddie received great care from Yeovil hospital throughout their long and short stays.

This challenge for me is to give a little back to the people who helped keep our cherished loved ones comfortable right to the very end. 

I know grandad Bungi was always very proud of my running and events I took part in but I thought I’d better up my game this time and am taking part in my first triathlon 😬 I am training and it’s not going to be easy but I smile every time I run, swim or cycle when I remember who I’m doing it for ❤️
