Story
As many of you know the London Marathon has always been a bucket list dream - something I have always said I would try to complete once in my life. It couldn’t be any Marathon it had to be London.
Unfortunately my ballot acceptance has come at the most unfittest point in life (ironic!!) since my emergency C-section in 2016 and juggling life as a working mum with a toddler...making it a real challenge!!
It terms of charities- there are many close to the heart of myself and Steve, but there has always been a standout charity dear to my family and friends, and that is Arthur Rank. An amazing local hospice to my family in Cambridge, and one that my Aunt is a volunteer and active fundraiser for. This one is in honour of you Auntie Rosemary and all the amazing work you do for Arthur Rank.
Running 26.2 Miles is certainly a challenge- and for once in my life It is not about a time, but conquering the distance!! However, knowing that I am raising money for an awesome challenge is going to make it all worth while- so any donations would be greatly appreciated.
Every little helps! X
