I am the President of Swansea Bay Business Club and CEO at JCP Solicitors and am aiming to raise £20k for Ty Hafan.  I chose Ty Hafan as the Presidents Charity because it is such an amazing charity that makes a difference to so many life-limited children and their families throughout Wales. They receive no government funding so the passion and commitment of the fundraisers very quickly stole my heart and a visit to the hospice left me in no doubt that I wanted to do as much as possible to help. 

I am not the most active person and it has never crossed my mind to participate in sports events however I have committed to undertake three BIG challenges in 2016, alongside raising funds through general club activities. These are:

•    Walking the Three Peaks of Wales
•    Cycling from London to Paris
•    A skydive

Overwhelmingly,  a number of teams of individuals from the Swansea Bay business community have also committed to take part in the individual events to help achieve my target of raising £20,000.

I really hope that family, friends, colleagues and business contacts will be as generous as possible to help me and the other teams reach the target.
