I am taking part in The British Gas Great London Swim in memory of my Dad, who sadly passed away in 2003. A mile in open water isnt going to be easy but it's a challenge i have set myself in order to raise money towards a very worthy charity.

 Losing my Dad is the worst thing i have ever gone through in my life and if i can raise even a small amount towards this charity i will be happy!
