Amy and I will be running the Grand Union Canal, Half Marathon, on 11th November. We are raising money for a fantastic cause - The Link Foundation, who, help local children in difficult circumstances.

If Amy and I can put a smile on one child's face, through raising money for this great cause, that would be a fantastic achievement.
