I've taken up a silly bravado challenge to do the Liverpool Triathlon. Now I can run fine, and I've borrowed a bike but I can't really swim, so how it'll go in the Liverpool docks is pretty uncertain. I'm currently practicing in the pool and outdoors at Delamere (annoying various fishermen) so I don't make a complete arse of myself on the day.

I am hoping that you will be kind enough to donate a few pounds to a very worthwhile charity in Hope House, who provide care and support for terminally ill children and their parents.
