This year I'll be under taking a challenge of a life time which will mean so, so, so much to me.
Not just because it'll be a challenge that will push me to my limits or because I'll be doing it as a Charity Challenge for a great cause which is close to me "Friends of the Cancer Centre"
But because I'm doing this challenge in memory of Alison, my soul mate, love of my life & my world who I lost on Sunday 24th Sept when she closed her eyes & feel asleep in my arms for the last time :-(
And since Alison was my world, It'll be fitting that I'm taking on a trek to a place which is top of the world -
" Mount Everest Base Camp "

5,334mts /17600ft climb to reach the world famous Base Camp
I have committed to paying for this Challenge (£2,800) myself as I want every penny I raise over this year to go straight to this great charity The Friends of the Cancer Centre
For 2 years on Alison's journey I experienced first hand what an amazing job the people within this charity do everyday within the Cancer Centre & I know Alison had always wanted to do some fundraising for them herself.....so this one is for you Sweetie, hope I do you proud....Love you forever xx
