As many of you may know one thing Lawrence loves more than anything is the sound of his own voice. Some may think getting him to shut up for 5 minutes would be a challenge, but we are attempting a whole day! That's right potentially a full 24 hours to help our friends at Age Scotland on Thursday 24th September.

All we have to do is race against the clock to secure £1000 worth of donations.

All of his amazing efforts will be to raise money for the charity and the extraordinary work they are doing to support those later in life. 

You may ask what Lawrence will be doing other than keeping his mouth shut? ...To make it interesting and give those who donate something back, you will be able to 'buy a challenge' that Lawrence must do in return for a donation, and of course a lot of them will be difficult to do without being able to speak or make noise. Make the most of it!

Challenges sponsored from 8am-3.30pm on the day could be streamed live during our live lunch on social media from 4pm. Be sure to tune in.
