On the 10th of June, myself and other members of Domainex will be completing the welsh three peaks challenge - summiting Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan (that's a distance of 20.35 miles with 2,386 m of ascent) in 24 hours! This is in aid of Ty Hafan, a hospice providing comfort, care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
