Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On the 16th September I'm taking part in the Henley Half Ironman followed a week later by the Virgin Active London Triathlon. For those who aren't in the know a half ironman a 1.9km swim, followed by an 85km cycle and then a 21km run which I think put Brownlee brothers efforts to shame.
