Hi

I'm planning to spend January 18th blindfolded. I want to understand what it means to be blind. I'm planning to spend the rest of my career as an ophthalmologist so it would seem right to put myself in the shoes of those who no longer have the ability of sight. 

Charities such as the Royal Society for Blind Children don't get enough credit they deserve. Doctors don't commit their time to reintegrating those who have lost their sight back into society that's the role of beautiful organisations such as the RSBC.
